A Sophisticated Safe Haven

I was in the hospital a few weeks ago with a severe case of tonsillitis (not fun) and was admitted to the Southern General Hospital in the South West of Glasgow. I did not see much when I first entered the building but when I was released to go home the next day I wondered about the place and it was HUGE, with 900 beds throughout the hospital. The design and manufacture process of the buildings took approximately eight months to complete. It resembled a shopping centre, it was quite amazing. Here are some pictures I took of the interior and exterior.
